The Sea Recovery Oil/Water Separator Canister protects the Reverse Osmosis (RO) membranes from oily or polluted water sources.
This separator works in conjunction with the pre-filters, to ensure the proper filtration process. After the feed water is filtered by the pre-filters, it then must be filtered to remove oil, in order to prevent oil from entering further into the system, and clogging the later stage filters or RO membranes.
